Life moves quickly. We hold a lot. Often, we don’t realise how much we carry until we finally pause. This is a space where you don’t have to push, perform or figure anything out. You can simply arrive as you are and let the body do the rest. Through sound healing, yoga, breath and deep rest, you are invited to soften the body, quiet the mind and rediscover your natural state of calm.

Sound Healing

Sound works beyond words. Using instruments such as the gong, I create immersive sound journeys that gently guide the body into a state of deep rest. As the nervous system softens, the body begins to release, recalibrate and return to its natural rhythm.

Retreat Days

Journey to serenity with time away from the noise of everyday life. These retreat days often include yoga, sound healing, delicious food and have been designed to help you reset and reconnect in beautiful surroundings with beautiful people. Explore what’s coming up next.

Floating Sound Experience

A deeply immersive experience where you rest on water while being bathed in sound. The combination of floating and vibration allows the body to completely let go, creating a feeling of weightlessness and calm. A magical monthly experience with full assistance provided.

Cancer Support

This work is deeply personal to me. I offer gentle, accessible sessions for those living with or recovering from cancer - creating a space for rest, comfort and calm when it’s needed most. Please enquire about these sessions via email and I will happily share my availability.

Hello, I’m Sarah

I have been teaching yoga and working with sound for many years, creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through movement, breath and deep rest.

Like many of us, life has brought its share of challenges and loss. My own journey; including navigating cancer and other profound life changes has deepened my understanding of how powerful these practices can be in supporting the body, mind and heart during difficult times. This experience is what led me to create a space where others can also experience the gentle power of movement, rest and sound.


Yoga and sound were already part of my life, but through these experiences they became something much more than practices I taught. They became tools for resilience, grounding and healing.

Today I share these practices through immersive sound healing, yoga classes, retreat days and floating sound bath experiences.

My intention is simple; to create welcoming spaces where people can move, rest and gently find their way back to themselves. I look forward to meeting you!
